This article talks about a father who at a very young age taught his children how to be good leaders. He did this by having them play the roles of mom and dad. By doing so he saw it as a great way to train their creativity, initiative, judgement and decision-making skills. Switching roles allowed them to understand that the influence in the family is a two-way street. This certainly helped with their judgment and decision-making skills. His own two children are both managing professionals in several countries.
