Better Diet Can Affect Behavior

In the documentary, Super Size Me, a man chronicled his diet which came solely from McDonalds for one month. Part of the story focused on a school for children with behavior problems. It was decided to remove all junk food and provide healthy lunches for the children. This one change had a positive affect on the behavior of the children. This is a great place to start. Feed your children good, healthy diets with a minimum of junk food.
